CAR HEADLINER ASSEMBLY LINE
A series of Cells are utilised to build a Car Headliner Assembly. The main cell automatically fits and glues 2 wiring harnesses to the headliner utilising robotics and hot melt systems. The grab handles, centre console and other ancillaries
are fitted and automatically checked utilising the latest state of the art vision
systems. 4 other cells complete the production unit.
